  15. PRIVATE USE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  17. Computer System Manager is a "shareware" program and is provided to the 
  18. user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, but the 
  19. Computer System Manager package must be distributed in unmodified, complete 
  20. form. Also, Computer System Manager may not be distributed in conjunction 
  21. with any other product without the expressed, written consent of RMH 
  22. Computer Services.

  24. If you find this program useful and find that you are using Computer System 
  25. Manager beyond the 30-day evaluation period, you must make a registration 
  26. payment RMH Computer Services. For registration information, please refer 
  27. to the REGISTER.TXT file included with this package.  For information about 
  28. dealer pricing, site licensing, shipping of product, custom versions, 
  29. returns, latest version number or technical support call 317-782-9903 or 
  30. write to RMH Computer Services directly.

  32. The registration fee will grant a lifetime usage license for one copy of 
  33. Computer System Manager for use on any one computer at any one time.  You 
  34. must treat this software just like a book. For example, this software may 
  35. be used by any number of people and may be freely moved from one computer 
  36. location to another, so long as there is no possibility of it being used at 
  37. more than one location, or by more than one person, at any one time. Just 
  38. as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the same time.

  40. Non-registered users of Computer System Manager are licensed only to use 
  41. the program on an evaluation basis for the sole purpose of determining 
  42. whether or not it meets their requirements. This evaluation period shall be 
  43. 30 days. All other use requires registration.

  45. Commercial users of Computer System Manager must register and pay for their 
  46. copies of Computer System Manager within 30 days of first use or their 
  47. license is withdrawn.  Site-License arrangements may be made by contacting 
  48. RMH Computer Services.

  50. You are encouraged to pass a copies of the complete Computer System Manager 
  51. package along to your friends for evaluation.  Please encourage them to 
  52. register their copy if they find that they can use it.

  54. U.S. Government Information: Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. 
  55. Government of the computer software and documentation in this package shall 
  56. be subject to the restricted rights applicable to commercial computer 
  57. software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical 
  58. Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The
